Implementation of the Plan No. 06/KH-CQTT dated March 3, 2023 of the Central Council of National Defense and Security Education (GDQP&AN) on the Plan to organize the Competition for excellent teachers in the subject of National Defense and Security Education of the Centers for National Defense and Security. , Colleges and higher education institutions are entitled to self-control in the subject of National Education and Training in 2023. Pursuant to Official Letter No. 19/BTT dated March 30, 2023 of the Council of Education and Security of Ninh Binh Province on the organization of the Lecturer Competition teaching well the subject of National Defense and Security in 2023.
On the morning of June 15, 2023, at Viet Xo College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the contest for excellent teachers in teaching and learning was held. As a facility that fully meets the electrical requirements and is allowed to teach self-directed education, through the contest with the aim of praising, recognizing and honoring individuals who have achieved the title of good teaching in the subject of NEET, and encouraging lecturers. improve teaching methods, create a playground for teachers to exchange and learn from experiences to improve teaching quality. Thereby contributing to promoting the quality of teaching and learning as well as the training and building of the teaching staff. Through the contest, the school has the opportunity to select teachers with quality lectures and achieve high results to continue fostering and participating in the competition of good teachers teaching GDQPAN at a higher level.
Attending the opening of the contest were Colonel Ngo Xuan Khien, member of the Military Region 3 GDQPAN Council, Head of the Military Region 3's Militia and Self-Defense Department; Colonel Hoang Manh Cuong, Member of Provincial GDQPAN Council, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff, Military Command of Ninh Binh Province. Senior Lieutenant Colonel Mai Truong Son, Standing Vice Chairman of GDQPAN City Council, Chief of Military Command of Tam Diep city; Comrades and officers of Military Region 3, Ninh Binh province, and Tam Diep City citadel.
On the side of Viet Xo College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering: Mr. Pham Ngoc Vu - Secretary of the Party Committee - Principal of the school; Mr. Le Hong Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Chairman of the School Council - Vice Principal; Leaders of Departments/Faculties, teachers and 04 lecturers participated in the competition for excellent teachers in GDQPAN in 2023.
Participating in the contest, the lecturers have to go through two parts: (1) Multiple-choice test on the contents of the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's legal policies on QPAN, skills in dealing with lawyer situations. offenses often occur when teaching RM & AN; (2) Conduct practical or theoretical lectures.
At the contest, the lecturers were confident, successfully completed the exam content, strictly followed the regulations and time. The application of information technology in theoretical teaching has been flexibly applied by the lecturers, creating a lively and attractive audience. In the practical exam, the lecturers demonstrated their mastery of movements, manners, tone of voice and pedagogical skills.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 first prize to Lecturer Nguyen Thi Thuy An and 03 second prizes to Lecturers Vu Van Hoang, Le Dinh Hoan and Hoang Diep Anh.
