It has been 12 years since I graduated from school and I have not come back to visit. First of all, I would like to send my best wishes for health and happiness to all of you.
In 2007 from my hometown of Ha Nam, I followed my brother to school, bringing with me many young ambitions and dreams for a good future. It is hard to forget the first days of entering a school that later gave me many changes in my life. All new, new school, new friends and new teachers. The first course of the Vocational College system in general in the country and the school in particular. The first day of school, teacher Pham Huu Chien is the homeroom teacher of class C5AK11. The teacher has a very gentle face (and the two teachers and students have the same hobby of playing badminton, in class they are always together and the playground is always enemies because the two teachers and students have never played together before). And my first impression was volunteering to be the class president of class C5AK11. I thank you for the day I met you for the first time, but you trusted me and gave me the task of managing the class. Class C5A K11 was always at the top of the school's movements that day.
In the same year through my teacher's wedding Pham Duc Long (teaching politics) but having a happy family like now, enough routines. Thank you teacher Long a lot, thanks to class C5A, I got to know the girl's housekeeper, my wife Ngoc later. My wife is also a student at the same school as K11 and studied accounting on a 3rd basis.
After 3 years of studying, graduating from school, I went to work abroad in Korea for 5 years. In the early days of going to a foreign land, it was very difficult for people going to work abroad. Missing home and loved ones, especially when listening to music when Tet is coming, miss home deeply. The language can be heard or not, the culture and cuisine are also different. But in exchange for the time working there, I learned a lot. The spirit and work ethic of Koreans is very good. They work for hire but it's like doing their own house. When I returned home in 2016 to do some freelance work, I applied for a job in a Korean company. After 9 months, from a technical worker with ability and willingness to learn, the company was promoted to be a technical staff and captain of the smart TV repair team.
But the turning point in my career was getting acquainted with Mr. Giap Van Thanh (General Director of PHUONG NAM corrugated iron company). After meeting Anh Thanh once at the exhibition on Hoa Lac at the end of 2019 it was cold. In 2021, Phuong Nam Company opens the third branch outside Hung Yen. In early 2022, Anh Thanh invited me to the company to work as Deputy Technical Director. A large company in Vietnam specializing in the production of soundproof, heat-insulating and fireproof panels with the most modern production line in Vietnam today.
New working environment with a lot of pressure, but I still try to learn and work hard.' Without pressure, there is no diamond” and I always remember your teacher's words. Yen teach me electricity ' Life is an effort, if you don't try, you'll end it". Teachers not only impart knowledge but also teach us experiences in life.
On this occasion, I would like to send to all of you who are students of the school and you want to find yourself a school to send to the future, the things that have been learned in life are: Invest in yourself. is the wisest and most sustainable investment. Maybe you are not good at high school, but you are good at a certain profession. One day you will lose all your assets, but if you have the knowledge and skills in your hand, you can still start over. Knowledge will follow you all your life and it is accumulated in the process of studying and working. If you want to experience it, find a way to work abroad to open your eyes and the important thing is to bring the knowledge you have learned and work experience abroad to serve your country. In a certain environment, please train domestic workers with the experience they get when working abroad like I am doing. Our school always orients and seeks to connect with a reputable company to send its students to work abroad.
12 years away from the school, there are also retired teachers who continue to accompany future generations of students. The teachers may not remember all the students, but we will always remember: Ms America, teacher Tin, teacher Wind, teacher Dung, teacher An, teacher Transmission, teacher Toan, teacher Vu, teacher central, teacher Strong, Teacher Echo, Teacher Spring, teacher virtue…and so many teachers that I didn't mention them all.
Coming to Vietnam Teachers' Day, November 20, I would like to wish all teachers in the country in general and the teachers of Viet Xo Electromechanical College in particular, always be healthy and happy. Stay firm in rowing to bring the boat of knowledge to the next generation.
