Towards the 111th Anniversary of International Women's Day March 8 (1910-2021), in response to the launch of the Central Vietnam Women's Union, the Trade Union of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Trade Union of the Schools ; The Trade Union of Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of TDDH launched the Ao Dai Week from March 1 to March 8.

This activity aims to spread the beauty of Ao Dai, contribute to preserving and promoting cultural heritage, honoring the value of traditional Ao Dai in modern social life.

Wearing the Ao Dai is also the way the cadres and lecturers introduce to the younger generation and the student generation about the traditional culture of the nation. The ao dai has gone through many ups and downs, many different stages, is a costume bold identity and honor the beauty of Vietnamese women.
