In the past academic year 2020-2021, despite facing many difficulties and challenges in terms of admissions facilities, material and human resources as well as the implementation of the roadmap for financial autonomy, especially the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, The re-development has had a significant impact on the overall activities of the schools, however, the member units in the Block have successfully completed their work tasks for the 2020-2021 school year, linking the emulation movement with the implementation of the school year. political tasks, education and training achieved many remarkable achievements.
After listening to the summary report of emulation and commendation for the academic year 2020-2021, the participants of the Conference participated in discussions, voted and unanimously nominated emulation titles and other forms of collective commendation. proposed the Ninh Binh Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council for approval, in which Ninh Binh Mechanical College was highly unanimously proposed by the units in the Block to propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider and award the title of Provincial Emulation Flag, College of Mechanical Engineering Viet Xo construction power was considered and awarded the Certificate of Merit to the Provincial People's Committee.
At the same time, the conference elected the Head of Division, Deputy Head of Division for the academic year 2021-2022, which is Ninh Binh Mechanical College - Division Head, and Ninh Binh Medical College, Division Vice President.
