On the morning of November 28, 2024, the Vietnam-Soviet College of Construction Electromechanics held a ceremony to announce the Decision on assigning the task of being in charge of the School. Accordingly, MSc. Le Hong Phong, Vice Principal, was assigned the task of being in charge of the School from December 1, 2024.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Department of Personnel Organization, Department of Finance under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province, Dong Thap province; Board of Directors of Dong Thap Employment Service Center; Units in Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh city; Universities, Colleges, Secondary schools in and outside Ninh Binh province; Comrades who previously held positions in the School Board of Directors, the School Party Executive Committee, the Board of Directors and all staff, civil servants and employees of the school.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan An - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel hopes that Comrade Le Hong Phong will receive cooperation and support from the Board of Directors and all staff and employees of the school to successfully complete the task, contributing to the overall success. Mr. Nguyen Xuan An believes that the school will continue to develop further, taking on important tasks in the development of education and training.

MSc. Le Hong Phong participated in teaching at the Faculty of Power Mechanics, Vietnam-Soviet College of Construction Electromechanics, holding positions from Deputy Head of Faculty, Head of Faculty, then Vice Principal of the School. Before receiving the Decision, MSc. Le Hong Phong concurrently held the position of Chairman of the School Council.
MSc. Le Hong Phong believes that under the leadership and care of leaders at all levels and the long history and tradition of the School, he will successfully carry out the tasks assigned by the Ministry and continue to contribute to the overall development of the School.

After November 30, 2024, MSc. Pham Ngoc Vu, who has been working since June 1986, will officially cease to hold the position of Principal of the School according to regulations. During his time working in various positions, he has always excellently completed the assigned tasks.
