With the consent of the Party Committee - Management Board, from December 28 to December 30, 2016, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organized a delegation to give gifts and scholarships to poor children in mountainous areas in Lung Sui commune. , Simacai district, Lao Cai.
