On the morning of September 24, 2024, the Vietnam-Soviet College of Construction Electromechanics (#VCEC) solemnly held the Closing Ceremony and awarded diplomas to the second batch of College students in 2024. The Closing Ceremony and awarded diplomas is an annual event of special importance to the School, marking a milestone in the learning and training process of students and also the recognition of the School and society for the new graduates.

Attending the Closing Ceremony and awarding of diplomas were the leaders of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province and 16 enterprises. On the school side, there were the presence of teachers in the school's Board of Directors, leaders of departments, offices and staff and lecturers in the school. And especially, the ceremony was attended by the 25th college students.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, on behalf of the school's leaders, Master Pham Ngoc Vu - Principal of the school congratulated the 25th batch of new graduates who had completed their studies at the school. He highly appreciated their efforts in studying and he believed that with the knowledge and skills that the students had acquired during their studies at the school, they would be confident in their future careers, becoming useful citizens, contributing to the development of the country../
