On January 31, 2021, implementing the plan of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the School Board of Directors on organizing the conference of officers of the departments and faculties. Faculty of Mechanical Engineering solemnly organizes the conference of faculty staff in 2021.

The conference was approved by the Presidium of the school's 2020 summary report and the direction and tasks of the school in 2021; summary report for 2020 and direction and tasks for 2021 of the faculty. The conference also discussed drafts such as: internal regulations of the school, regulations on internal expenditures, regulations on admissions work... contributions to the drafts.
The conference also heard the direction of Mr. Le Hong Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee, P. Rector about the 2020 summary report and the direction and tasks for 2021 of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
