Speaking at the conference, Dr. Dinh Cao Khue - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dong Giao Food Export Joint Stock Company (Doveco) shared the necessity of vocational training for farmers. The company has signed cooperation agreements with many farmers in Ninh Binh to grow some fruits for the company, but due to lack of training skills, the farmers' harvested products are in good shape and design. However, the large residue of pesticides leads the company to still have to spend money to buy products but cannot export. The specificity of the northern region is that agricultural production is mostly by households, so it is very necessary for experts to come and train farmers on the spot, to train the core teams to carry out agricultural extension. Currently, the company does not have enough people to conduct training, so the company is willing to pay training costs for its employees. In fact, the company still has to arrange training and tutoring for new recruits from half a month to 6 months even though they have degrees and professional certificates.
