The story of 3 mice and "a lesson worth a thousand gold" for us

The story of 3 mice earning food unexpectedly gives us humans such a lesson to think about.

Before coming to the "lesson worth a thousand gold" (the way to describe the preciousness) for us humans, let's see story How about the food of 3 mice, friends!

From a piece of food to a thoughtful story of 3 mice

One night, there were three rats rummaging through a small kitchen. They all cheered at the same time when they discovered a jar of delicious fat.

Unfortunately, those greasy, fragrant lines are at the bottom of the jar. Lust makes them rush. The leader suddenly came up with a good plan. It says:

- The three of us will hold each other's tails to form a rope ladder that swings to the bottom of the jar and take turns eating the delicious fat.

3 mice plan to "raid" the fat jar.

The other two mice quickly responded to the initiative of the leader. However, when looking at the small amount of fat in the jar, the initial solidarity turned into selfishness that invaded all three.

The leader rat was swinging down to eat first. It thinks: The fat is small, but if I have to share it with the other two, I won't be able to stick my teeth. Ignore them, let's just eat and be full.

The first mouse did not know that the second mouse also had "dark" thoughts. It tells itself: Fat is less. If the leader rat gets down first and eats all the fat, isn't that what I'm doing for free? Sometimes release it and then jump down to eat the bowl to satisfy the craving.

Both mice have selfish thoughts and the third mouse is no exception. It huffs: Waiting for the other two rats to come down to eat, what do I do with the rest, while I have to stay here to be "the body of the horse" for them? What crime! Well, let's release both of them and jump into the bowl for a meal.

The same thought came when greed was overwhelming, both mice above released the other mouse's tail. Finally, 3 mice jumped into the jar of fragrant, greasy fat.

They fight to satisfy their cravings. When cravings and selfishness are satisfied, only then will their will work again.

They realized, their whole body was wet and slippery with grease. While the fat is so deep, how do you get out of here? They got scared and jumped up.

Before, they cheered because they found the jar of delicious fat, now they scream because they can't get out of the deep jar.

All 3 mice received a bitter death.

In the end, partly from exhaustion, partly from despair, all 3 mice died in the pot of fat, bitterly!

A couple of comments

American novelist Louisa May Alcott (1832 - 1888) once said: "It takes two stones to ignite a fire." Indeed, in order to create results, there needs to be construction cooperation without a bit of selfishness and self-interest.

The story of 3 mice shows us one of the prerequisites for success in a team, which is:

Solidarity is indispensable in a team. In addition to the fact that the leader/manager has good expertise, they still need honesty and a spirit of wholeheartedness for employees and work. That is Prerequisites

And the enthusiastic work, having faith in leadership and unanimously overcoming all challenges without any self-interest of the staff is the sufficient condition.

These two conditions are very necessary and complement each other. Without either of these conditions, success may come, but it won't last.

There are many factors to create success: Having clear goals, working seriously, having faith and complementing each other. And solidarity is the guideline for a collective.

Ryunosuke Satoro (1892-1927), Japanese scholar.

Anyone, like 1 of the 3 rats in the story above, only pays attention to personal interests and disregards the collective, regardless of doing selfish things, they will be eliminated by themselves.

Those who do not want to help others are like a mirror reflecting, they will never receive an arm from someone else. Forever alone in humbleness.

For those who can see far, help people is to help ta.
