1. History of establishment and development of the Faculty 1997, High School and Vocational School of Electrical Engineering Construction Agriculture and Rural Development was established under Decision No. 02/NN-TCCB-QD dated January 3, 1997 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. When the school was established, along with a number of other faculties in the university, the Faculty of Economics was established. The initial number of teachers was only 6 people, the main qualification is Bachelor of Economics. After 20 years of construction and development, currently the number of teachers of the Faculty is 19 people, including 16 masters and 3 bachelors. 2. Functions and tasks of the faculty 2.1. Function The Faculty under the Board of Directors is directly responsible for implementing the plan of teaching and educating students, ensuring the quality of training in subjects and fields of study. 2.2. Mission - Organize training, teaching, learning and educational activities for students according to the program and plan assigned by the school; - Management of officials, employees and students of the faculty. Timekeeping, commenting on emulation, assigning tasks and arranging working positions for teachers; - The arrangement of teaching hours for leaders and managers of faculties, affiliated subject groups and trainee teachers is in accordance with the Decision on norms of teaching hours of the Rector; - Organizing, compiling and editing programs, curricula, researching and improving teaching contents and methods. Planning to purchase, supplement and maintain teaching equipment every year. Organizing the making of models and learning tools for teaching; – Carrying out experimental activities, scientific research, applying techniques and technologies to the vocational training process and participating in production activities combined with training; - Organize professional and professional training activities for faculty's teachers such as: seminars, scientific research, innovation mornings, contests for good teachers, time attendance, study tours and seminars. experience exchange, practical penetration for teachers by semester and school year. Carrying out the inspection and evaluation of teacher quality through lesson plans, checking teaching records and approving the teachers' annual personal work plans; - Organize training for exam preparation for excellent students at all levels according to the school's plan; - Summarize and report the teaching results of the faculty, the subject, the quality of learning and training of students to the Training Department and the Student Affairs Department according to regulations; – Organize all subjects, modules, semester exams, graduation exams according to current regulations. Directly manage the organization of make-up study, re-exam, extra study, re-study... and finalize fees with the Accounting - Finance Department; – Organize non-formal training, manage and exploit classrooms, equipment, machinery, teaching aids to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance with the Principal's regulations.
