INTRODUCTION TO THE Faculty of IT & Agriculture

I. The process of establishment and development

Faculty of Computer Science and Technology was established on January 10, 2011 on the basis of dissolving the Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering and consolidating its organization. The initial number was 15 officers. Currently, the faculty consists of two subject groups: the Information Department and the English Department with 13 teachers.

II. Functions and tasks of the Faculty of Information Technology and Agriculture

1. Function

 The Faculty of Information Technology and Human Resources under the Board of Directors is directly responsible for implementing the plan of teaching and educating students, ensuring the quality of training courses and disciplines.

2. Mission

– The Faculty is in charge of teaching basic English and specialized English for classes throughout the school and affiliated institutions. Teaching subjects and modules for IT industry classes.

 – Organizing training, teaching, learning, managing classes of IT students according to the program and plan assigned by the school.

– Collaborate with the Training Department, the Testing and Quality Assurance Department, to develop and organize the implementation of the training plan for each school year. Regularly monitor and adjust the training progress in accordance with the framework programs. Ensuring the quality of teaching and learning in the department.

– Deploy, edit the program, appraise and accept the textbooks of subjects and modules of the professions that the Faculty participates in teaching.

- Organizing and making models of learning tools for teaching.

– Organize professional and professional training activities for the faculty of the Faculty such as seminars, scientific research, innovative ideas, solutions, good teachers contest, time attendance…. Carrying out the inspection and evaluation of teacher quality through lesson plans, checking teaching records and approving the teachers' annual individual work plans.

 - Organize training for exam preparation for excellent students at all levels according to the school's plan.

 - Synthesize and report the teaching results of the faculty, subject, learning quality, and training of students to the Training Department and the Student Management Department according to regulations.

 - Organize all subjects, modules, semester exams, graduation exams according to current regulations.

- Managing and exploiting classrooms, equipment, machinery and teaching aids to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance with the Principal's regulations.

 - Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

IV. Achievements

Under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the School's Board of Directors and the support of the faculties, it has created favorable conditions for the operation of the Faculty of Information Technology and Languages, bringing encouraging achievements to the group. faculty in general and individual teachers as well as students in recent times. Specifically:

 BECAUSE. Infrastructure

            The Faculty of Information Technology and Agriculture has 06 specialized classrooms and theory classrooms: including 03 high-configuration computer practice classrooms with a total of 150 computers and a full range of accompanying teaching equipment: Projector projectors. , air conditional. 01 practice room assembling, installing, repairing with full of practical tools. 02 foreign language classrooms including: 1 Lab room with 34 cabins equipped with modern computers and headphones; 1 room is fully equipped with speaker system, television, projector for effective teaching and learning of foreign languages.
